ELI5: ux design
// explanation
What is UX design?
UX design is like making sure a toy is fun and easy to play with [1]. Designers think about how people will use apps, websites, or even real things, and make them work better and feel nicer [1][2].
Why do we need it?
Imagine if a toy was confusing and broke your fingers when you tried to use itโnobody would like it [1]. UX designers make sure everything works smoothly so people enjoy using it [3].
What do UX designers actually do?
They figure out what people need and want, then design things to make people happy [2][3]. They ask questions like "Is this too hard to use?" and "Will this make people smile?"
How does it help?
When apps and websites are easy and fun to use, people like them more and come back again [1][2].
